Order ahead to receive your Highland Beef! We process our Highland beef September through December. It is during these months that you can receive a custom order of beef (a quarter, side or whole beef).

It is our intent to be able to provide Freezer Sample and Starter packs all year round so that you can sample our Highland beef products before you purchase a larger amount.

1) Freezer Sample Pack

10 lb Freezer Pack – $90.

Consists of 2pkg of steak, 2 steaks per pkg, 1 roast, 1 stew pkg, ground beef.

This includes a $90 coupon towards the purchase of a half or whole custom order beef.

2) Freezer Starter Pack

25 lbs Freezer Pack $250.

Consists of 3 pkg of steak, 2 steaks per pkg, 2 roasts and 10 lbs of ground beef.

3) Custom Orders

Choose to purchase a quarter beef, a half beef, or a whole beef. You get to complete the cutting sheet for the processor (we will help if you wish). This allows you to say what kind of cuts of beef and size of cuts you wish to receive that suits your family needs and likes.

A $200 deposit, reserves your custom beef order. Don't delay. Do this early in the year before all our custom orders are filled.

Cost to you: $4.50/lb on the rail (hanging weight) plus butcher fees.

4) Highland Beef in your Freezer

A whole Highland beef will be about 320 lbs of beef cuts in your freezer. Within this total weight, you will receive approximately 25% steaks, 35% roasts and miscellaneous cuts, and 40% ground beef.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Contact us via our email, highvalleycattle@gmail.com or call Gil at 403-650-2425 or Darlene at 403-247-0813 to place an order.
2. Send in your $200 deposit. The deposit is necessary to secure your order.
3. Choose your cuts. We will walk you through the cutting sheet once the order is placed to make sure you are getting the cuts your family wants.
4. Balance of payment for the 1/4, 1/2 or whole is due on or before delivery date.
5. Delivery to Red Deer and Calgary and all points in between are included with the order.
